Fried Egg with Tomatoe
A very popular home-made Chinese dish.
Green onion 2 cm
Garlic 1 clove
Ginger 3 slices
Sugar 1 tablespoon
. Beat 2 eggs.
. Heat oil (about 2 tablespon), when steamy hot, pour the beaten eggs. When the bottom is solid, turn it
. Set aside
. Stir fry green onion garlic, ginger for 1 minute. Then add tomatoe. When the tomatoe is soft, add the beaten egg. For a better presentation, don't over cook the tomatoe. Cook for 1 minute.
. Add sugar* and salt for taste
* Tomatoes are sour so you want to put relatively lot of sugar. Say, around 1 tablespoon.
The amount of garlic and green onion are really optional. I love them a lot, so I put lots of them!
Some tomatoe is more juicy than others. If yours is not juicy, add more water during cooking
