Hawthorne (san zha) 20
Water 4 cups
Sugar 1/3 cup
. Boil hawthorne and water then cover with low fire for 30 minues
. Break the fruits with spoon. Add sugar, cook more for 5 mins
. Serve. Some like to serve with the squashed fruit, some likes only the clear juice. Either way, it's delicious. You can add/reduce the amount of sugar to fit your own taste.
