Lamb Shank Stew
Lamb shank 3, ask the butcher to cut each into 2.
Shan Zha (you can use lemon too)
Vinegar 1 tablespoon (to tenderize the meat)
I also use luo buo, it tastes really good!
. To remove the lamb smell, put lamb in a pot, add water, boil. When the water boils, throw away and change the water with new one
. Use pressure cooker. Put shanks, water until all pieces are covered by water, shan zha, vinegar. Cook for 30 minutes.
. Open the pressure cooker. Be careful, really hot. You can either let it sit for a few minutes or run the pot with cold water then open the pressure cooker.
.Put cut of tomatoe, carrot, potatoe, salt
. Cook again for additional 30 minutes.
